USAID is implementing a wast program called Municipal Energy Reform Project (MERP). The goal of this program is to reduce and mitigate greenhouse gas emissions in Ukraine. To support advanced donor coordination, MERP conducted an analysis of options and prepared recommendations on establishment of an E–based platform for donors and partners. USAID published requirements and declared a tender. We won the tender and build a system based on Google Apps for Work framework.

For a long time CBS Interactive, their well–known subdivision Downloads.com, had been maintaining an incredible application called TechTracker. CBS decided to build a new application called Download App based on TechTracker idea but having new GUI and bunch of new features. We did this, started building it from scratch and now we have 12 million installations of the Download App and warm responses from users.

Amazon.com gives sellers ability to sell their goods using Amazon's infrastructure. Despite outstanding success in attracting sellers, Amazon provides moderated level of service for them. We developed a BI tool to gather and analyze product data: prices, ratings, rankings, etc. Having this sellers are able to execute conscious pricing policy. A set of application developed: Opportunity Gizmo: Chrome Extension, Imperative Gizmo: Product Tracker and Mobile Gizmo for mobile product research.

Payfone empowered pre–paid mobile subscribers to use their mobile phone balance to purchase online digital content and targeted development countries where credit cards were rare for the general population. Key features implemented were mobile subscriber activation and authorization, prevention of fraud, services analytic checks, interaction with mobile operators’ billing system, enable refunds and chargebacks, reporting and real–time access to transactional data via dashboard.

Storm Exchange was a private ventured backed risk management company that created weather correlation models to predict the impact of weather on company performance, for example, corn yield per acre based on rainfall. The system consisted three large parts: scientific, presentation, and data conversion, so workforce could be flexible managed. HiTech managed the Storm Exchange site post–launch and was responsible for maintaining arduous service levels required by the financial markets.
