I work as Rails dev for almost 4 years and have a good understanding of how to build flexible apps. Also, I believe that properly written tests are one of the most valuable parts in building reliable and flexible applications. I am constantly trying to improve my TDD skills. I'm a responsible person, a quick learner, and a team player. I am interested not just in Ruby/Rails and I'm glad to research and implement some new technology/gem/library/programming language. Not afraid of JavaScript.
