UX-UI Frontend Lead. I lead the UX / UI Design area of Atix Labs. I participate in the first meetings with the client to know their need and contribute my design ideas. I carry out the creative process based on customer needs and your project. In our UX/UI process, we first carry out the User Flows. After that, we create wireframes for all the screens on the platform (mobile and web). Once those wireframes are approved, we design mockups, proposing a look & feel from scratch. Then we start working on the Front-end layout of the web platform. I currently have 3 people in charge of my team, I help them to go through this process. I organize the allocation of UX/UI hours per Project.
