5+ years of overall experience working as a QA engineer for web/software application or mobile development projects. Successfully transitioned to automation testing, developing and supporting automated tests for acceptance testing using Robot Framework and later Playwright framework, enhancing the QA process at Active Bridge. Led the QA process for Maxwell, a web platform that connects homebuyers, realtors, and loan officers, where I was instrumental in developing manual tests and supporting the team to deliver a high-quality product. Authored and maintained manual test cases for SewSewYou, a platform allowing influencers and celebrities to develop their own clothing collections, contributing to the project's success by ensuring a bug-free user experience. Played a key role in the launch of Cablook Taxi, an eco-friendly transportation service in Cherkasy, Ukraine, performing critical usability, functional, and regression testing. Developed a comprehensive QA documentation system for ToYou Food & Transportation, which included checklists, test cases, and bug reports, significantly improving the project's testing efficiency and quality. Expanded my technical toolkit by mastering a variety of tools and technologies such as Datadog, Sematext, Jira, Testrail, and Charles, enhancing my ability to adapt to different QA environments and requirements.
