YouTeam is built by serial entrepreneurs who have experienced the pains of hiring poorly-matched engineers firsthand. At our previous company, we made an ill-informed choice of the technology partner, who went on to repeatedly underprice us while failing to deliver quality code on time. We lost 3 out of 4 key clients and fell to the brink of bankruptcy. In times like that, you know must be a better way. This is how we got the idea to build a solution that would make it safe for companies to hire offshore contractors.
