Delmar is a manufacturer and a distributor of jewerly in Canada and the USA. The company needed optimization of their business processes. The previos system used did not have an inventory module. Warehouse employees could not work in it, there was no product configurator. I had to use other, additional software. The problem in compiling, tracking and executing a "dynamic" order: our customer wanted to expand the functionality of the "Order-order" (the place where a new order is created and brought to its execution), and monitor it as a project (some long-term, changing work , not a one-time real-time). As a result, we have created a tool that is used by both external suppliers of Ledpax and the company's employees.
