Design, configuration and implementation of a public cloud architecture and virtual servers with fixed IPs to host the digital services of the municipal government

This software was developed for one of the largest industrial companies in Mexico. Rest API documentation to be consumed by the mobile application for inspections. The product helped users manage the reception, processing and shipment of industrial products. Generated operative, productivity and executive reports based on the data collected. Enabled on-site data capture through a mobile app.

The software captured, processed and approved employee expenses based on rules and policies in compliance with Mexican Electronic Accounting regulations. This SaaS product has a web and mobile versions: employees perform expense checks and validators approve employee expenses, in the end, the information is integrated with various accounting programs such as QuickBooks, Oracle and accounting systems with SQL database.

The software consumed accounting data from QuickBooks Online companies and performed the necessary adaptations to comply with Electronic Accounting regulations in Mexico. The software integrated the information from the Income (Invoices), Expenses (Expenses) and Journals (General journal) policies registered in QuickBooks Online, regardless of whether it is the American or Mexican version, processes it and generates the tax information in XML format requested by the SAT in Mexico.
