Responsibilities & achievements

• Responsible to fix any L3 Incidents of HEC environments with allowed landscapes and technologies. • Activities but are not limited to Incident management (Fix any issue in HEC environments), Some cloud technologies (RHEL, SLES AWS, Azure). • Responsible for upgrades, maintenance, software updates that operation requires. • Work closely with system application teams and operation teams to resolve all issues that HEC requires, Work On Call when is needed.

Responsibilities & achievements

• Responsible for the correct operation and delivery of UNIX IT and Cloud Services, working closely with a global team of system administrators to support more than 1000 servers in different data centers around the world. • Activities but are not limited to: Install and maintain high availability production, Test and development Linux and virtualization services (VMware/AWS), Some AWS technologies (ECS, DynamoDB, SQS, Python, S3, EC2, CodeBuild.). • Responsible for upgrades, maintenance, software updates, and work on select project assignments. • Work closely with system engineering, networking, application development, and storage teams as the subject matter expert, Work some On Call and nights and weekends.
