I directed the development of 100% digital credit card sales experiences at the leading bank in credit card sales in Colombia. Additionally, I led the execution of digital experiences for the sale of consumer credit, credit card payments, bank account + debit card and in general, I led the digital transformation in Colombia, one of the most important banks for individuals in Latin America. Figures: Dec 2019 vs Dec 2018: +55% digital payments (+71,298 digital payments/month) +162% app customers (+157,971 customers), +97% logins (+220,382 per month), +2 million digital customer service (share from 39% to 61%) through the execution of the adjustment and development of new digital experiences. I created the Product Development Area of ​​Fiduciaria Bogotá, the fiduciary belonging to the most important Financial Group in the country: increase in assets under management (AUM*) over USD600 Million.
