I have been working as a Ruby on Rails developer for 6 years. I have experience in different areas like sports, advertising, food delivery and medicine also implemented communication with different 3-d party services (such as FB, payment systems etc). When developing, I pay attention to tests and the optimization process. Tech skills are important, sure, but just as important are the “softer” skills I’ve learned on the way. Skills like being able to think like a user of an application, understanding the business value of a given feature request, and knowing when there’s a target solution
