- Workshops to help clients define the scope of their product and understand the importance of prioritizing it. - Guide and show several jr designers to implement design methodologies (Design Thinking and Lean UX) taking advantage of their benefits for projects. - Define specific improvements for existing products of various clients based on heuristic analysis and usability tests. - Manage activities of the design team through a Kanban board to achieve the planned objectives in a timely manner. - Generate hi-fi and low-fi prototypes organized by flow to carry out usability tests and be sure that the product meets the needs of the target user. - Create design systems with the atomic design approach to build consistency as well as ensure easy product scalability.
