Main achievements Status Reporting Meetings with project leaders to update the weekly activities of the Program / Projects; Monitoring and Updating of project schedules for the Adaptation to LGPD Program and preparation of views in the PWA for the Project Office area; Elaboration of Status Report (Evolution Points, Next Steps, Program / Projects Status, Points of Attention, IDPs, % Expected and % Accomplished for presentation in weekly status meetings with responsible / involved areas; Development of Dashboards to monitor the Program and Projects using Excel spreadsheets with connection to PWA projects (Project Web App) through VBA programming and Feed OData connection with Sharepoint/PWA: The. Program Compliance Indicators; B. Program and Project Performance Indicators: i. Program Evolution Percentage (Planned x Accomplished); ii. Project Advancement Percentage; iii. Projection of Projects that will pass the Deadline; iv. View of Dependencies and Cadences (of critical fronts or delays); v. Delays, Impacts and Recovery Points with respective Graphs. ç. Capacity Indicators: i. Percentage of Commitment of Resources in the different Projects; ii. Percentage of Commitment of the Areas in the different Projects. d. Indicators of Risks and Issues. i.
