In charge of Product Development strategy and definitions, reporting directly to the Head of the Product department. Also, lead the Product Owners and Design team. As the Product manager also had to find new business opportunities product-wise and had to work closely with the heads of Engineering, Project management, CEO, and CTO of the company.

In charge of creating a Product Owner department in the company, having to define processes and create the onboarding process. Also had to meet with stakeholders, write user stories, update confluence, arrange planning meetings and requirement documents when needed.

In charge of creating User stories, arranging meetings with the stakeholders and development teams, bridging the different teams, and making sure deliveries were according to schedule. Had to maintain requirements up to date and in charge of creating the Confluence of the projects.
