• Understanding, troubleshooting, and bringing a solution to requests from the platform´s users via the Solution manager platform. • Improving current processes regarding the current activities requested by the client. • Administrating, monitoring, troubleshooting problems, creating programs and relationships, creating suppliers, and doing localizations.

•Bringing inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management. •Requirements survey, project documentation, workflow design and explanation, preparing reports, project research. •Creating process documentation/workflows of the company activities. •Collecting and documenting business requirements for project efforts. •Facilitating process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements and clearly defined end-to-end use cases. •Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns. •Identifying current and potential issues/risks in the company´s activities.
