In this project we have created a react native APP for a E-Commerce, transformed all the website parts to fit the native app. Initially, it was structured only for one brand which later we converted into a whitelabel app, to fit others brands of the group. Together, the brands have more than 200K users. We were able to reach 30% share with the website and a better conversion with the users of the app.

This was my own project for almost two years, where in the middle of others freelancing projects, I’ve created a website where users were able to find places near them and save places to visit. I’ve also created a dashboard to create/edit the places. After one year of launching, the website was placed in the first result of Google, which helped to reach 5000 thousand unique visitors in the website.

Due a tax law in Brazil this client looked to develop a dashboard, where they imported payrolls in PDF and the system converts and send a file to IRS. This saved time of the consultants that used to this manually. We were able to do it with OCR technologies, to identify the characters in the PDF.

In partnership with another company Smartlead, to this client we develop a financial dashboard to generate reports and imports an cdv from an specific app. The clients then import the expenses and the consultant analyses with the reports in PDF how to develop the financial life of the person.

In this client I’ve created a website to show coupons of discount to the users. Not much technical challenge, but here I’ve made a connection with this client that later opened the door to re-create the MKT Esportivo.

Here I’ve put the company, because it was not a single project, I was an employee and the challenge was to starting organizing the IT team into the Agile methodologies. By the time I was following four teams and teaching them into the methodologies. Together they were evolving into better deliveries and collaborating. Also they had more the 400 people into the IT team, so cross the features between teams was a challenge we solved with one SAFe tool to create a roadmap of features.

After some years as developer into Climatempo, my challenge was to organize the team to improve our deliverables and communication, by the time I’ve started doing this with Scrum, and disseminate the knowledge through the IT team. When I left, the IT team was a model to the Research Team, which later was merged with the IT team to learn the Agile methodologies.

The development team of Climatempo was responsable to create weather panels to clients, to trigger alarms, show maps over some locations and send email reports. We had a lot of clients such as Movies Studios, Logistics and mainly Petrobras, which is the biggest oil company of Brazil. After a while we started sharing knowledge between the team and I started delivering features to the website, which is the biggest weather website of Brazil, almost 15000 users simultaneously, so everything has to perform very well. Also we had a very strong concern with SEO, to do not lose our first positions for almost 5000 cities of Brazil.
