"Lead Developer in charge of the “Field Service App”, a web application designed to manage assets and resources for the Field Service branch of the Siemens Company. With this application, management of staff and equipment improved by 50% in terms of productivity. As Lead Developer, I structured the web application using Object Oriented Programming to improve productivity and give better usage to the information. The web application was designed 100% using Object Oriented Programming. I developed the app by myself. Based on an Excel document they used to manage assets and resources, I gave a better solution in the form of a responsive Web App that Project Managers could deploy on any device using their Siemens credentials. This increased Project Manager’s productivity by 60%. The web application was launched and is still in use at Siemens, the way I developed the app made it so they decided to expand the scope of the app, so it could be used to manage assets and resources in other branches of Siemens. Which would represent a 50% increase in productivity for each area that uses the app."

Lead Developer for an external module for the TPC Tool, another Web Application I developed for Siemens. This module connected to the TPC Tool as an API, accessing the Data Base of all the projects created in the TPC Tool, in order to create a checklist of all of the components needed for Project Managers to Handover Projects to other areas or PMs. This module increased productivity and the time it took to handover a project by over 75%.

Through Analysis, Design and Development, I developed a solution in the form of a responsive Web App that Project Managers could deploy on any device using Siemens credentials. By creating Basic Information, Control Costs, Management and a Report Sheet within the app, this improved productivity by over 75% across all Project Managers."

Responsibilities & achievements

Front-End Web Developer, in charge of developing the front-end of the ELCOLP Teaching Platform, a MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) based application. This application was completed to 100% completion before the deadline of January 2021 for the new school year and is still in use to this day.
