The complete structure of fields and objects of Salesforces was being updated day by day, a system to download all this information did not have the updated structure and sometimes data was lost.

1.1-We solved this problem by creating an app from scratch that queried the salesforces API asking for all those fields, with this information it created a script to the database to update and automatically back up the entire schema structure. 2- The implementation of a third-party application was not working correctly when making the company's SOAP endpoint request even using all the documentation they provided 2.2-We resolved by consulting with application support, we needed to add an SSL certificate to the server for the request to be made, the infrastructure team was included to continue with the implementation process.
