Managing the company’s projects; liaising with clients and other stakeholders such as external providers, controlling and monitoring projects, contributing to the requirements analysis, and providing support and reports to the department. Key Responsibilities • Managing key stakeholders such as clients and functional managers. • Responsible for negotiating with external stakeholders • Supporting in budgeting, scoping, and controlling projects. • Providing information to the different departments about the progress of projects and statistics of the business. • Presenting projects to clients • Investigating new solutions to implement and include them into the organizational processes • Implement new indicators which could add value to the business

Key Responsibilities • Liaison between external stakeholders and the work team. • Implementing requirements, creating the database design and testing the final product with the quality control team and the client. • Performing the quality assurance process in order to verify that all the members are applying the established procedures and identifying processes which could be improved (Processes improvement). • Providing and analyzing the new KPIs which were obtained from the Project data. • Managing and updating of the ́lessons learned ́ files.

Key Responsibilities • Implementing and programming new requirements. • Testing the deliverables with the QA team. • Providing information about the Project progress to the key stakeholders. • Presenting on a monthly basis the advances of the Project to the functional managers.
