● Applied agile methodologies for one of the biggest brands in Chile’s market within a month of planification the results of deliverables were 97.3% . ● Implemented Project Management software (ClickUP) to make the process clear to the clients increasing the ratio of closeness between plan and reality in the scope and budget increasing average of 75% into 90 % . ● Developed the IT project for the overlay system coordination between backend, frontend and DevOps.

Responsibilities & achievements

● Run 8 multi regional projects: Plan and execute projects within the las 12 months with teams across the globe ( EU, NA, SA) that led to the success of each plan according to the scope with a ratio of 95.3%. ● Created the new process for the production increasing the productivity and communication between departments closing the gaps between the plan and reality on scope, time, budget resources and quality.. ● Developed the OWEX brand across Germany, Northern Ireland, Iceland, Spain Portugal, United Kingdom and on the LATAM side Brazil, Argentina and Chile reaching key stakeholders increasing the ratio of visualization and awareness in those countries .

● Developed an ecosystem for the logistic chain and adapting models to increase business association. Achieve goals of each project lead to increase the sales in 33% in the Q1-2017 and improve productivity 38.9% in Q2 2018. ● Implemented the CRM software for the operation, human resources and logistics within 10 months of planification.
