I worked on 2 projects in parallel for Sancor Seguros in a combined UX/UI role. - Sancor Insurance | UX Analyst of the Quotation Portal for Intermediaries Ideation of the solution together with analysts, prototypes in high fidelity. - Sancor Insurance | UX Analyst Ssr. Customer self-management portal. User testing. A/B test, card sorting, interviews, first click test, etc. I participated in 2 Product Design redesigns. In both cases we started with a discovery stage: where we did research, we met the client, we made a map of actors, we understood the existing functionalities and we did interviews with real users. We continue with a definition stage: where we download all the information containing needs, strengths, pains. We continue with an idea involving the client to work collaboratively. In the development stage we made the prototypes on low that we validated with users. And in the final stage we deliver the low and high protos and the UI library. I carried out the redesign process of the Zonacitas.com website. For this, a general research stage was carried out that included benchmarking and interviews with users, in addition to the findings of the field. Improvements were evaluated and carried out from the usability, the consistency of the site and it was updated visually based on trends and respecting the Material Design guidelines. The redesign included the desktop version, responsive (PWA) and mobile app. Currently, the company is developing the site and implementing the redesign, it is expected that it will be released to its users in a short period of time.
