In detail: user inputs the data in the CF7 form, before the form is sent the validations are made with a function that uses a hook of CF7, after validating and data manipulation the request is sent to the API, if the API response is OK, the form is sent to the owner and the customer receive a confirmation email if not the user is informed what was the input error, the geolocation is made via google API.
