Of the various projects that I have been part of, one of the most challenging was when I decided to develop a system on my own at the request of a client, who would later become my partner. The initial idea was an application to control the attendance of the employees to patients' homes. Soon this project migrated to a complete hospitalization administration system, clinical history, stock control, and billing integrated into the state system. The achievements in this aspect, on a personal level, were being able to form a development team, learning to manage budgets, times, requirements, communicate the stages to the client, and manage expectations. At the company level, an increase in customer/patient satisfaction was noted, the stock of supplies began to yield more, the items for rent had better traceability, and the factors where money was lost due to absences were detected.
