Wilmer worked on a project called "Digital Wallet" and he was in charge of the design and development of this project. The methodology they used is Scrum, so Wilmer participated in diaries, planning among others with his co-workers as well as with the client. Wilmer has also been working on distributed architecture, designing and building fintech solutions within two teams. For the billing and subscription team he is in charge of billing agreement and subscription migration. Beside this, Wilmer is part of the “Billing Legacy” team migrating from C++ to Java Technology.

In this company, Wilmer has worked on several projects, but one of the most important has been the Electoral Solution e-Voting for the Presidential Elections of Argentina 2019. This project called SmartTally by Smartmatic, currently, is part of the Electoral Management Platform (EMP), from supporting electoral workers with the transmission of results, the collection of counting reports in real-time, to operators in consolidation centers with accurate and secure reports of the paper count and, later, the counting and delivery of electoral results. Wilmer's role was Backend Developer, his tasks were to design, build and implement an e-Voting solution using different technologies in an event-driven architecture.

During the last year in the company, Wilmer served as a technical leader along with role responsibilities of Scrum Master, collaborating in the sprints, negotiating with the client, technical tasks such as analysis and design of object-oriented systems, functional analyst tasks, and project manager. In turn, he guided 20-25 developers who were in different countries in the fulfillment of their tasks and solving problems, explaining the design and technologies to be used.

On this occasion, Wilmer worked on a project in the banking sector in which he had to develop electronic banking oriented to the individual. His role was as a Java developer, designing, building, and implementing this banking and finance software product, using different technologies in a service-oriented architecture (SOA).

Wilmer worked on many projects, but one of the most important was a Banking and Finance project that involved the entire Venezuelan Financial System, with millions of registered users who made use of it. At this company, he worked as a Full Stack Java developer. His task was designing, building, and implementing a Fintech / e-Gov solution, using different technologies in a multi-level and multi-layer architecture. In addition, he finished his work as Technical Leader where he established development standards, general technical standards, coaching and mentoring 10 developers on best practices, explained how to apply design patterns in development and supported them in professional growth within the project. . In addition, he did code reviews to ensure compliance with development guidelines. On the other hand, he performed the analysis and design of object-oriented systems, data / domain modeling based on functional requirements established in the use cases and their scenarios. In turn, he identified and defined the system improvements necessary to implement new products and process improvements.
