Develop the internal UI library from scratch by building reusable components. Research, design, implement, and manage the architecture design plan for the front-end web platform. Review code and conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for NestJS and React. Lead the optimization strategies for the frontend web app and write the software for those strategies. Work closely with UI/UX designers to make decisions on the apps UI designs and practices. Help create and maintain the database structure to make sure the data was stored efficiently, and help test database code. Technologies: React, Hooks, Typescript, Material-ui, Jest, Craco, Nest.js, PostgreSQL, TypeORM, Swagger, AWS, Cognito.

Responsibilities & achievements

Contribute to the internal UI library to create reusable components and save 8 hours of development time a day. Identify areas for modification in existing architecture and subsequently developed those modifications. Work with other developers on the re-architect of the new phase of the project in both mobile and web apps. Learn Redux-Saga and React Native in a short period of time to be part of the entire project's stack and save 120 hours of development a month. Help connect a React.js new front-end architecture with a legacy product, based on Java, that was being used by the clients. Technologies: React, React Native, Jest, Redux, SASS, Lerna.
