• Built and led a web app solution for our client (Indeed, Inc.). The product was an “Audience Builder” to accurately target our email marketing campaigns. This helps avoid creating manual queries directly into our databases, allowing us to design better segments to send emails to our audiences. • Implemented an integration related to date control in our web application for creating and editing marketing campaigns. Indefinite, in recurrence, and a “one time send” modalities, were generated. This improvement decreased the support tickets from our Marketing team. • Worked with Product Managers, Project Managers and engineers to discuss, prioritize and gather diverse technical requirements for correctly generating the estimation into different epics. • Designed and developed ten React applications with guided instructions for our Bootcamp, allowing an increase of 25% in student interviews with tech companies. • Built documentation about React topics and teaching strategies, incorporating “State Management” with Redux and Hooks. • The result was a delivery of an average NPS of 90 and an increase of 10% in referrals from current customers. • Built and maintained a student management app for our team, which included connecting to the HubSpot API and Stripe API for billing issues. • It helped to increase our speed of answering our user support from 5 to 50 tickets per day and increase in 30% our bug tracking tickets, which allowed us to prioritize and do better follow-up.
