As an experienced back-end engineer, I can cover a wide range of development tasks. My expertise extends to several programming languages and frameworks, with a particular focus on building robust and scalable back-end systems. I have experience working not only with Ruby on Rails, but also with PORO, Hanami, Sinatra & Trailblazer. My experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, working with databases, and integrating third-party systems has equipped me with the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure seamless integration of back-end and front-end systems. On my current project, I am working in the fintech domain. I mainly work as a back-end developer. My duties include calls with stakeholders every day. On the project, I am working not only with the new features but also with the legacy part of the application to profile & speed up execution. Also, I have been working with the database layer directly: on optimizing SQL queries, working with materialized views and foreign tables.
