Delivered the LifeXt mobile app, which was an app for training mindfulness and well-being. Successfully delivered the SalonUltimate Android and iOS app, a beauty salon booking solution that had at that moment more than 40 million+ bookings. Successfully delivered the MoneyPocket Android, iOS, and web app, a real estate asset manager focused on generating steady yields for investors. Responsibilities & achievements

Managed and built the CRM project from scratch, used by 200 workers daily. Revamped the electrodomestic insurance sale process for our biggest client, reducing the data incongruence in sales between their reports and ours and reducing the sales differences from more than 10% to less than 1%. Built a web platform that our commercial team provided to our clients to sell our insurance products and see their sales data.
