-Implement the SCRUM framework in the organization. -Present the benefits to the General Management and obtain their commitment and support to integrate it into the company's work model. -Manage different IT projects under the SCRUM methodology focused on accountant, administration, CRM, logistics, transportation, inventory and warehouse storage services. In addition to IT's own technical projects (infrastructure, services) - Support the Scrum team and business users by training on the specific functions of their roles and responsibilities. -Support to the Product Owner with technical and methodologies for the creation and detail of user stories. -Manage the team's progress with its finished story points. -Help resolve blockers issues that stops progress detected in daily meetings. -Ensure compliance with the different stages of the Scrum project cycle (ceremonies, tasks, deliverables).
