(AWS CloudWatch, Datadog) • Maintain application infrastructure, suggest, and implement changes to improve development efforts and also improve customer experience on the application. • Worked on the transition of projects coming in from another company, performed analysis on transition pain points, proposed and implemented solutions to said pain points. Thanks to this analysis we were able to reduce the amount of time to completely adopt a project as well as obtaining key data to improve on the future like cost reduction and resource allocation early on the project adoption. • Drafted cost estimates using AWS pricing calculator and presented said estimates to the customer making sure the customer understands where his investment is going.
