● Leading a global team (from the UK to Singapore) in building software product for B2B2C Enterprise-level segment; ● Obtaining the global company aims, converting them into strategy, and breaking it down into low-level steps; ● Making hard decisions on the priorities, activities, and plans in the time of global uncertainty; ● Providing Sales Enablement and assistance during pre-sales; ● Handling CRs and customization processes; ● Preparing and handling demo sessions for internal teams, top management, and customers (both existing and potential); ● Handling marketing campaigns with the Marketing Ops team (webinars, trade-shows, email outreach, RFPs, promotion materials); ● Conducting customer/user interviews, A-B testing, and focus groups; ● Gathering product usage data and defining patterns and further activities based on it; ● Building plans and handling activities for customers migration between the two versions of the product;
