he company Walgreens needed to create a Question & Answer Support Site for managing all the requests for service related to the Real Estate business from their clients. On the other hand, an administrator dashboard was needed to manage all the requests. Designed and developed a custom web app that solves business needs, helps the users to access a friendly support site and helps administrators and real estate agents to manage the requests. Design Processes: Benchmarking, competitive analysis and research, stakeholder interviews and brainstorming. User journey, user needs and functionality refinement.
