I was responsible for designing, documenting, and developing a service-oriented, modular platform with real-time responsiveness to manage data transmitted by payment platforms (in this case, Stripe), and then refine and transmit it to desired platforms based on user configuration (including Hubspot among others). My responsibilities included developing the database architecture, system architecture, and execution environment architecture (how it would be composed on the server), along with developing and documenting each component that comprised the backend and frontend. This system had the capability to authenticate the user based on the Hubspot instance's database (i.e., if they were registered as an HS user, they could easily pass using the API key as authentication) and automatically retrieve and register the user's data on the platform. It was capable of managing the APIs of the platforms used by the user, as well as testing data transmission between my platform and the target platforms. It also had the ability to log actions and generate reports based on system events. Additionally, it could explore the user's Stripe account and, through a key and metadata management system, ensure that each data received by the SaaS corresponded to a specific client and platform. Furthermore, it had a firewall capable of managing which requests could or could not pass.

My main responsibility was to manage, design, develop, and document the automation section of Hubspot. Additionally, I expanded the scope of their workflows by using custom blocks with NodeJS, along with lambda operations functionality, and leveraging their API to create services related to automation functionality, as well as modifying data and inserting components. I also provided support and maintenance to departments regarding functionalities and automations, while creating new solutions and documenting the entire process.
