On this process the task was to download two reports for each day, sales and cost. On this reports it appeared all the transactions of the pharmacies they have around Mexico. With this information, once a week the bot makes a report on Excel managing several formulas to obtain the expected sales margin during the current month. Also this report included formats for it to be send to directors and high level positions on the company

This process involves Power VA and Power Automate. Its main focus is to receive requests from users to help them to reset their passwords. This chatbot is held on teams and its only available for users that are involved in this process. Firstly it asks some security questions related to the owner of the account they want to reset the password for and if they answer correctly the chatbot connects to power automate and performs a password reset with a microsoft graph API.

On this process the task was to receive scanned invoices, digitalize and extract the information from them and finally registering them to Oracle. This process involves UiPath Document Understanding.

On this process the task was to receive unlock petitions on help desk by an API and then perform the unlock of the cash register. This was a big automation because it reduced the operational cost in around 80%. OXXO has over 14,000 stores around Mexico and this process helped them a lot on this operations. I was in charge of migrating this process from Blue Prism to Power Automate

This process involved the download of a general report on Oracle Cloud where the information of all the employees was, with this information the bot task was to group employees by their leader, check the objective status and send a table with this information to each leader.
