● Created an AI solution for one of the biggest fintechs in LATAM, called Yape. We have created a fine-tuned model to analyze WhatsApp conversations in order to create personalized templates that increase NPS. So far our templates have improved NPS in 40% of the cases, from 0 to 10. ● Developing with Python and FastAPI ● Consulting to different companies around the world on how to use AI in their companies, Lobo App -Sweden, Unify Pro - USA and others. ● Created an AI solution to personalize email and messaging creation using customer’s data, the company’s description and new offer information. We are still testing this MVP.
