I am currently working as a Marketing Data Analyst, collecting and interpreting data for internal and external clients, turning it into valuable information that can improve different business areas. I've contributed to HR's recruitment process improvement by conducting weekly dashboard reviews, resulting in reduced hiring time and a better understanding of the most effective candidate sources, ultimately leading to lower hiring costs. I spearheaded the creation of market segments, utilizing historical data to provide valuable insights for the marketing team to craft innovative campaigns for our existing systems.
