The bot was initially designed to access Basa's database, extract affiliate data into an Excel file, and then verify each affiliate's status on a specific website. This process, before optimization, took approximately three months to complete.

The bot was engineered to access Scienza's email server via backend, read incoming emails, and filter them by subject. Based on the subject, emails were divided into three processes. The first process involved quotation: the bot read the email, extracted information from attached PDFs, and used this information to generate quotations online. Following the quotation, the bot transitioned to the ordering process, where it used the quoted PDF to place orders with the distribution center. The final process was order management, where the bot finalized the ordering process.
