Maintain daily standup meetings with an in-house team of 5 developers, 1 designer, and 1 project manager, its purpose was to assign and estimate any task related to the development of a tool for the company's HR department which will include all existing employees with its skills, tenure, salary, etc... to manage them between projects better. Its main purpose was to help the HR dept take better care of the stages of interviews with all prospective employees and be in better contact with corporate so every interaction was transparent depending on the position of the logged user. Devs could only see their profile, HR and CEO could see everything and Managers could see employees (excluding salaries), and past and future projects. Other Technologies Used: Strapi

Responsibilities & achievements

Weekly meetings with the client to review completed tasks as well as prioritize support/fix tasks over adding new features, calculate estimated time for completion. Some tasks were automated emails for new/existing users which reminded them about verifying their account, completing other basic user information, any pending contracts for signature or notification about any of their contracts being signed by the other party. Project was managed in Vercel, GCP and AWS. The project was made with NextJS. Other Technologies Used: Vercel

Design and build RPA bots in UiPath according to instructions from the project manager (client-side) as well as the specific user (client-side) requesting the automation. Design a low level flow chart describing the RPA process, after approval, build the RPA according to the low level flow chart exactly as designed. After UAT and deployment, we provide support to our own bots. Additional Technologies: Orchestrator, VBA scripts and Macros.

Responsibilities & achievements

This was a collaboration with one of my Softtek team members working for IADB that was building a complex bot that required an extra Power Automate automation to work in the middle of the UiPath bot process. I mainly worked with Power Automate but also helped with the actual implementation with UiPath and stayed after deployment to production in order to manage UAT and any support they might have needed for the first month of deployment.
