My experience spans across various industries, where I've successfully led and delivered RPA projects that have generated substantial cost savings and improved process quality. My core competencies include: RPA Strategy and Design: Crafting robust RPA strategies by identifying automation opportunities, assessing technical feasibility, and defining the architecture. Process Automation: Developing end-to-end automation solutions using industry-leading RPA platforms such as UiPath.

During my work at Grupo Salinas, my main task is to take care of our clients, the institution, and our collaborators by offering a useful and quality product for our clients. Currently, I am in charge of critical business continuity processes, an expert in ATMs, clearinghouse operations (PROSA & Eglobal), automations with SAP, POST-API services, ML (Machine Learning), BRMS (Business Rules Management System), and BPM (Business Process Management). I had the opportunity to work with different programming languages and frameworks, on the BACK END side we programmed services with PHP in view controller mode, natively. On the other hand, we also use hybrid web applications for cell phones such as ionic, which is based on Angular JS. We also use native javascript for some back-end functions.
