• Review requirements, specifications, and other project documentation to assure quality of product and tests to be developed. • Develop technical test scripts. • Maintain and execute automated test scripts and suites. • Research and document bug reports upon discovery of a quality problem. • Create and manage testing artifacts within designated test management tools for regression. • Assist with manual testing efforts

Responsibilities & achievements

● Analyze and verify that the processes, both changes and IT implementations, comply with the defined quality standards and satisfy the needs of the users. ● Identify and create a test plan and test cases to be carried out. ● Identify the most appropriate implementation method for a given test. ● Run different types of manual tests. ● Create and maintain test plan and test suite of manual and automated test cases. ● Simulate product performance and evaluate results. ● Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs. ● Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans. ● Create and Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze results. ● Creation & Maintenance of Automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Maven, Java. ● Web Services/ API testing using SOAP UI. ● Create logs to document testing phases and defects. ● Report bugs and errors to development teams. ● Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
