I undertook a Django project that involved connecting to Jira's API to retrieve ticket data and other relevant information. The project was partially completed when I took over and I successfully completed its development. The key functionalities included: ● Establishing a connection with Jira's API to fetch ticket data. ● Creating and populating tables in a PostgreSQL database with the retrieved information from Jira. ● Setting up Power BI to connect to this data source for reporting and visualization purposes. ● Implementing a daily script using Power Automate to update the database with new Jira tickets, ensuring that Power BI had up-to-date information.

I worked on an automation project for PepsiCo, focusing on software license management. The robot's tasks were as follows: ● The robot accessed the ServiceNow platform to retrieve information about software licenses. ● It filtered out software licenses that were about to expire, typically within one month. ● For the expiring licenses, the robot identified all associated users, extracted their information, and sent renewal notifications via email. ● After receiving responses from users interested in renewing, the robot moved on to a second phase. It interfaced with SAP to initiate the procurement of software licenses. ● In the third and final phase, the robot extracted license information from PDFs provided by vendors and updated this data in ServiceNow for renewal.

I developed a robotic process automation (RPA) solution using UiPath for the IDB. The robot's primary function was to populate an Excel template for supply chain management. The project involved several phases: ● The robot fetched the most up-to-date currency exchange rates from websites like Bloomberg and recorded this information in one of the Excel tabs. ● It retrieved files from an FTP program called FileZilla, ensuring that the client had these files ready at a specified time each day, and sent a notification email once they were available. ● After gathering all the required data in the Excel file, the robot forwarded it for approval to the business unit. Upon approval, it received the signed document. ● Finally, the robot uploaded the files to a designated space on SharePoint for further access.
