For this project, I had to test things on both the website and the mobile app. This involved checking new features, making sure everything still worked well after changes (that's called regression testing), planning out how to test things, and creating detailed test steps. A big part of the job was also making sure the coach app and the user app worked smoothly together. I also worked on making testing easier and faster by using a tool called Appium with WebDriverIO and JavaScript.

In my role as a Functional Quality Engineer at Walmart, I specialized in ensuring the seamless functionality of the mobile app, with a specific focus on the list section. This critical area allowed users to add favorites and create personalized shopping lists. My responsibilities included meticulously testing the end-to-end user journey within the list section, from the smooth addition of favorites to the creation and management of shopping lists. I conducted thorough functional tests to guarantee that users could easily navigate, update, and customize their lists while maintaining optimal app performance. Collaborating closely with developers and product teams, I identified potential issues and provided valuable insights to enhance the user experience, ensuring that the lists section of the Walmart mobile app met the highest standards of functionality and user satisfaction.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer for the eFactory app on native iPad OS, I played a pivotal role in validating seamless integration between the iPad application and the web counterpart. My responsibilities included meticulous testing to ensure consistency in user interactions, features, and workflows across both platforms. I focused on real-time data exchanges and synchronization, scrutinizing integration points with the web application. Additionally, I conducted rigorous tests to confirm the app's compatibility with the database, addressing discrepancies and contributing to overall reliability. Through collaborative efforts, I upheld a high standard of quality, ensuring a cohesive user experience and optimal performance for the eFactory app across different platforms.
