Implemented an orchestrated ETL pipeline with Apache Airflow, Airbyte with AWS leverage (S2, Lambda), GCP (Drive API, Sheets API, service accounts), Python (SQLAlchemy, Pandas, Numpy, etc.) to ensure availability, quality and integrity of data within the organization for ingestion into Looker Studio reports, Power BI, ad-hoc, etc. These technologies were used on a Ubuntu server machine and deployed with Docker, as well as AWS Lambdas.

"Development of the complaints management framework for the Vehicle Emissions Regulation Directorate of the Jalisco state government. I identified an area of opportunity for improvement because there was no defined process for the reception and processing of complaints/claims/requests for information, resulting in liability problems and unnecessary expenses. I raised the problem, wrote a preliminary project that included the framework, a policy and the KPIs. Later I designed the relational data model and it was implemented in the form of spreadsheet logs in Google Sheets for the different private vehicle inspection operators. All the data collected is used to produce insights in a Looker Studio dashboard. The relational data model and the framework are designed in such a way that the data can be migrated to a web application for which the declared requirements for its development are already met. Weekly complaint data extraction from the central spreadsheet was also implemented with airbyte to load said data into a MySQL database".

Identification of aberrant data and calculation for correction of parameters in databases for diesel vehicles

After analyzing the data generated from vehicle inspections of vehicles that use diesel as fuel, I identified anomalies within the tests when the personnel carried out the corresponding test. This case was reviewed by the then Secretary of the Environment of the state of Jalisco and also by the CEO of Dekra América, due to the possible repercussions that could be generated. I made regular ad-hoc reports on the data with Jupyter Notebooks, I developed a Python script to extract data from said inspections as weekly reports stored in Google Drive and notified by email to the owners of vehicle inspection centers, Dekra and Applus being the most important. I then designed a Python script to accurately calculate configuration parameters in diesel tests, in order to assist technicians in the configuration for vehicle inspection, reduce anomalies and identify bad practices. All this was translated into a Looker Studio dashboard embedded with iframe in a web application.
