- As a Lead: Managing a team, focusing on React-React Native, overseeing time management, addressing queries, handling administrative requirements, conducting 1:1 meetings to enhance knowledge, providing teaching and recommendations, and preparing team members for customer interviews to increase job opportunities. Holding weekly meetings with other Team Leaders and administrators to present and achieve better results, serving as the primary liaison between the company and each team member. - As a Dev: Developing the user interface based on client or project requirements, adhering to best practices, analyzing assigned requirements through Jira Tickets, coordinating tasks with backend developers, coding backend requests, creating reusable components with React, managing application state, typically using Redux, and implementing npm libraries as needed. These tasks can be focused on either React or React Native.

Worked as a React/React Native developer, responsible for implementing the main structure of the project's frontend. This involved configuring Webpack for the new JavaScript standard, establishing the foundational structure for Redux (actions, reducers, and store). Collaborated with backend developers to understand the API structure for each project screen. Implemented React-Bootstrap Table based on project requirements and thorough research, given its excellent alignment with project needs and comprehensive API documentation. Subsequently, built components such as containers and controls for each screen, ensuring adherence to best practices and the latest JS standards.

Worked as a React developer in a full-stack project, responsible for developing GraphQL services with Apollo Server and utilizing Mongo as the database. In the frontend, the project incorporated React and Material UI. Functioned as a lead, providing support to colleagues, instructing on JavaScript flow, and delivering daily status updates. Maintained direct communication with the QA team to explain bugs and incidents, while also liaising with the product owner to assess the feasibility of new features based on functionality-time value considerations.
