My role was to hire engineers for 2 teams, including another tech lead, defining architecture of the projects, several services, also 2 front - end applications, one for table players, one application, used as mobile application for remote users. Participating in requirements definitions, defining processes within the project for dev teams, over-viewing and participating in the development process. Also, i managed the team, increased their expertise by providing coding sessions, war-rooms and 1 to 1 sessions.

On this project, I was leading a team, which main responsibilities was to create cross-platform analytic for the application using Segment JS. we had 3 months long education sessions with architects from Segment JS, to learn how to do Analytics right, after it, by working close with BI team, we aggregated data, defined it in Models in Segment, transferred it into Snowflake. Also worked on moving the platform from AngularJS to ReactJS. Besides, I worked on improvements on Live stream calls.

Responsibilities & achievements

On this project, I mostly worked on creating of dynamic UI- rendering feature, whereas income we got a JSON, and based on this, we built the page, also we created own component library in own NPM registry. This was done, due to that the onboarding of new vendors was really long when we had the old UI system, which was built with I-frame. What led to the requirement for the Vendor, to host own page with manual alignment of elements, their styling etc. After we were done with our feature, only what was needed for the vendor, is to build a JSON.

As an engineer I developed the UI and the backend part, built on microservice architecture on BE, single state management atomic design on the FE. Participating in the planing, grooming, developing, testing and deploying features, debugging the application were responsibilities.

Initially build with MeteorJs, we reworked it to Koa microservices, reworked fully the frontend, developed new features, used new relic for monitoring.

I worked on several middle-sized projects using different approaches and technologies for implementing applications like online shops, web pages, chat modules, drop-ship services etc.
