As part of the Shipping and Logistics (Mercado Envíos) area my responsibilities included (amongst others) - Leading the software development life cycle of a product. - Defining (together with the team and the product stakeholders) the team metrics to meet the defined business objectives. - Synchronizing expectations / dependencies with other teams in pursuit of a common goal. - Making visible progress on the team's execution through metrics and reports - Defining and executing the development plan for each of the team members. - Being the person responsible for the hiring in the team. - Participate in technical interviews with potential new contributors to the Engineering area, in their initial training and onboarding. - Lead and / or participate in the compensation processes and feedback from contributors under me. - Identify training needs in the area, plan and manage them. - Participate in the preparation of objectives, ensuring that they include the most strategically important and / or urgent needs for change in all different possible areas (talent, quality, innovation, etc.) - Ensure that technical referents are aware of the latest in technologies, providing tools, guiding and proposing PoCs in cutting-edge concepts that make sense for the business. - Identify and lead initiatives to contribute to the growth of the company.

Development in C ++ of a customized driver for data acquisition of Watchdog control devices. Archestra Toolkit is a library that provides post-capture connectivity to IAS (Wonderware). The driver is capable of obtaining information from a Watchdog device, transforming the obtained string into a readable format and providing it via TCP / IP to IAS so that it is available to the objects that require the information.
