Being part of the development team of the Cyphre project of the Rignet account. Working as a full stack web Ruby on Rails developer for a cybersecurity solution based on cryptography that serves as the administrative portal for a physical appliance server. Involved in all the development process, from getting directions of the product owner, to design, technical design and coding. Working in all the layers of the Software product, backend, front end, and testing, both unit testing and automated UI testing. Working with the Linux OS, specifically Ubuntu and virtualized environments with Vagrant. The other project in which I was involved was for the company CareOptimize, an American healthcare management company, also with the role of RoR developer. I was part of the development team for a healthcare management and medical analysis product that generates medical suggestions based on a Natural Language Processing (NLP) engine for clinical data (called CTAKES) on top of large datasets of medical documents. I built background jobs that perform heavy computing processes with the Sidekiq tool, those background jobs perform the ocr for many different types of documents and also generates smart records using the CTAKES software.
