In a variety of projects I worked on, from landing pages to e-commerce platforms and business operations tools, I take business goals and user pain points as my objectives, and strive to create UI and UX that achieves them. Among my achievements: - I decreased requests to customer support by 40% on one of e-commerce platforms I worked on by analysis and improvements of functionality and UI; - I achieved high metrics and positive customer feedback as a result of solving engagement problem for e-learning platform whose target audience were military personnel; - I optimised performance of design and development departments collaboration by improving design system in Figma. Beside that: - Constantly mastering my expertise through courses, learning and improvements in day-to-day work; - Stay on top of latest researches and case studies in my field.
