Used statistical techniques, predictive modelling, applied AI and machine learning methods to build algorithms and design experiments for the design, targeting and management of social policies; Created a proxy model using Machine Learning algorithms like quantile regressions, tree-based models and SVM to estimate per- capita incomes in Dominican Republic's administrative data. With this work in production, the government institutions calculated the poverty rate to better focalize their social policies; Led project for mapping of the supply and demand of social infrastructure, and generation of recommendation systems for care systems. In particular, the implementation of the pilot and expansion of the National Care System in the Dominican Republic Part of the team building the infrastructure for automating ETL processes using AWS and creating company data lake in AWS S3

Worked with Product and UI/UX team to develop new features to help the company grow; Led a SCRUM team for a period of 4 months improving the design flow, and reducing the negotiation time between client and designer by about 3 weeks; Helped with the development of an architecture to communicate with third-party software like Salesforce using AWS Lambda Develop API using Django and Django Rest Framework
