This project involved developing a custom ERP system for managing a SaaS LMS platform, featuring modules for CRM, Sales and Marketing, Reseller, and Billing. It tracked payments and plans with integrations to Quickbooks, Stripe, and an invoice exchange portal. Additionally, an infrastructure management module with an automated setup integrated with the LMS API was implemented. A staff performance module integrated with Jira calculated KPIs for departments, teams, and employees. The system also included seamless integrations with third-party tools like Natero, Hubspot, Quickbooks, and Zendesk to streamline workflows.
