I was a key member of the team entrusted with the evolutive maintenance of a vital ERP system for the world's second-largest live music presenter. I played an instrumental role in the ongoing enhancement and optimization of the Ruby on Rails and Ember codebases. Additionally, I collaborated with the new architecture team to develop cutting-edge Node.js microservices that significantly improved the system's functionality and scalability.

Platforms stabilization to meet competitive SLAs, mainly through area reorganization, procedures implementation, and app refactoring. ● Project management and agile methodologies implementation. Team building, talent, and leadership development. ● Complete migration from on-premise data center to Amazon Web Services (recognized by AWS as a regional success case). ● Progressive migration from monolithic apps to microservices architecture. API and API Gateway deployment. ● CI implementation and progressive DevOps transformation ● White label IBE (Internet Booking Engine) development. Each client can configure this solution according to their needs (look and feel location and functionality). First B2C application developed in-house.

Responsibilities & achievements

Technology adoption strategy definition, aimed to complement and enhance the company's services offer as well as speed up and simplify internal processes. End-to-end development (design, development, maintenance, etc.) of the company's proprietary software suite: PerfoMap (performance management platform), 360 Feedback, HRBP Diagnosis, Organizational Climate, etc. All these apps were developed in Ruby on Rails.
